Where is the equivalent to the OLK* folder in Outlook 2007

Where are the files associated with attachments saved on the local
drive on Outlook 2007?

They used to go in the OLK folder, but I can't find them any more
(Office 2007 & Vista).

Like the tool, however the location is different:

C:\Users\carol.000\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.Outlook\TOMK0OYK

However I have found a .tmp file with the time stamp I am interested
in in :

C:\Users\carol.000\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.Word

Any idea how I might get Word to read it?

Depends on how you look at it as different ;-) The absolute path is but the
relative path, method of retrieving it and accessing it is still the same
:)

Don't know if it is actuall readable data for the end user or just for Word.
Better ask in a Word newsgroup.
