Outlook OLK folder

Greg

Hello

We have a user here that is constantly filling her OLK folder with
attachments. My question is this....is there a way that this folder can be
purged dynamically? After all, all the files that are in this folder are
temporary internet files, correct?

Thanks in advance for your time

Thanks Diane

I just spoke to her in regards to this. We tested a few processes that are
mentioned in the link that you sent to me.....now, its a matter of getting
her used to doing things a little differently

Take care

Greg

You can use a script. Or teach her how to use attachments - see
http://slipstick.me/temp for more information on using the securetemp
folder.

You can also purge the folder automatically by using a OutlookTempCleaner.

If it’s a habit she can't break, you could always move the securetemp to her
my documents folder so she can clean it out easily.
