Where do I setup the Time server?

I have a Windows 2000 ADS server. I want to have the computer synchronize
with an Internet source.

I can't find good instructions on how to set this up. Can someone point me
to a good reference for doing this? I am new to 2000 and need step by step
help.

Also, what is a good internet source to use?
