When page load with .jpg image

I want to have links on the left side of my page and when
you click that link (or that page is loaded. On the page
that was loaded there is a .jpg image linked to another
page at the top of the page.

How do I have this .jpg image & link be different each
time the page is loaded?

I want to have banner ads at the top of the page with a
link to a url, but want to have the ad be different each
time the page is loaded. I have 10 sponsors and want to
alternate when they are displayed.

I have looked at banner ad manager, but there I can only
link to one site.

Do I need an add-on to Frontpage 2002 or additional
software?
