.jpg vs .JPG

I save my pictures as .JPG but when I put them on a page on my website using
FrontPage I usually have to change the file extension to .jpg for them to
show up. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere that will let me make .JPG
the default file extension for JPEG images?

On a Linux server yourimage.JPG and yourimage.jpg would be seen as two
different files, Windows doesn't care about capitalization so that could be
your problem. If you stick to LOWER case file names and extensions you will
not have this problem. And, don't use spaces in file names either.
