What can I do to configure my computer so it doesn't
disconect me from my internet connection (dsl). I always
have to restart it to sign on again to AIM or Explorer.
Frustrated!
Thanks

Christine,
Have Outlook Express open and go to TOOLS/OPTIONS and on
the Connection tab, make sure there is NOT a check in HANG UP
AFTER SENDING & RECEIVING. This might do it..
Be sure and hit APPLY and OK if you made a change.

Hi Christine,

Right click My Computer Icon/Properties/Hardware/Device Manager. Expand USB
Controllers/Double Click USB Root Hub/Properties. Select Power Management
and uncheck: Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power.
