when I send an email over 1 Meg it keeps being sent and remain in the outbox
until I delete them.

What is the error message?

What is the maximum size for an e-mail that your e-mail provider allows?

What is the actual size of the e-mail (look in the size column in the
Drafts or Outbox folder)?

I have the same problem (see earlier post). My ISP referred me to MS. My IT
department could not help me because I use Outlook and not the company's
webmail program.

Often as the result of intergrated Anti Virus app, uninstall the AV, reboot,
reinstall AV *without* OL intergration
Thats assuming your ISP doesnt have a size limitation
