O2K7 sending large mails multiple times

Greetings all;
Vista Business and OfficePro 2K7

Every time I send emails with attachements greater than 1 meg Outlook
continues to send the message over and over and over again, until I take it
offline and delete the message from my outbox.
Major pain.

Any ideas ?

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook disable this
integration and try again.
