same email being sent over and over

Big Picture

I sent an email to my boss and his computer keeps recieving the email over
and over. On my outlook it shows it onll went once. I deleted it from my
outbox and sent box. Is this a problem with my outlook or his?

This is a problem with your Anti Virus scanning emails. Disable your email scanning
