When I login it says unread email. Not showing up in Outlook

When I login to my computer it states that I have unread emails. I even hear
the alert that I have a new email but it doesn't show in my Outlook Inbox. I
have three accounts linked to my Outlook and two of them work. The other
doesn't. It is all configured correctly the same as the other two.
 
Version of Outlook?
Type of mail accounts?
When you hear the notification sound do you also see the envelope and New
Mail Alert Window in the below right corner?
 
Outlook 2007 - mail accounts are Pop3 accounts created from our business
domain. I hear the sound but see no sign of new mail in the inbox or outlook.
When I have to log back in it then states I have new unread msgs and if I
click on that little part it just says the email address. One email address
is info@ and then our domain and the second is admin@ our domain... The admin
one which is the default can send emails but hasn't received where as the
info one is fine...
