New Email Not In Inbox

I'm using Outlook 2007 and have run into something odd. When new email is
received, they don't immediately show-up in the Inbox. Rather, I'll notice
in the Favorite Folders section that the Inbox and Unread Mail folders have
new unread email. But the only way I actually see the email in the Inbox is
by going to the Unread Mail folder, then switching back to the Inbox. Any
recommendations on how to fix this bug, so that new email automatically
shows-up in the Inbox email window without having to go to the Unread Mail
folder?

Which mail account type are you using?

I have the same thing. I use normal mail, plus outlook connector. Did you
find a solution?

I have the same issue - anyone resolve this? rediculous !!!
Inbox shows 5 unread, nothing is there, click on another folder then go back
to inbox and "poof" the unread mail is there.
NO filtering turned on, sorted correctly, message view correct -
uninstall/reinstalled - nothing fixes.
