when I click on programs only one row appears

I installed a new wireless router and now all my programs appear on one
colum ,instead of three.I have tried to reverse this but cannot. I need help

Right click the Start Button, select Properties, Customize (Advanced if using the new Start menu). Uncheck Scroll Programs.
