What's up with PCR today

What's up wit the site today..? It is incredibly slow and I keep getting the image below showing up...

I got an error e-mail at 15:47 saying that the DB was reset, so it could have been then? Is it still slow now?

Yeah still extremely slow...Other sites are fine

Alertra shows that the site is loading ok, so I'm not sure what could be causing it. The server load is high at the moment though, it seems to peak around 3:30. I'll put my thinking cap on
