what's that?--help please

LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787
since two days a notepad file pops up after starting XP home.It came up
after having installed Realone Player and Win on Cd.I uninstalled both
programms,yet the notepad file comes up on my desktop.The puter works quite
normal,yet I want to get rid of it.
Any advice appreciated!!!!!
