One of my PCs has started opening a text file after windows loads. It
opens Notepad and a file called desktop.ini, with the following
content-
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

What is this and how can I stop it.

2 things you can do, go to your start up folder and check if there is such a
notepad file.
or check ur bootfile but thats a lil bit far fetched lol :D just check ur
startup folder...
