Posting login question

When a user logs in to the computer a windows notepad window pops up with
this information "[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787". What is
the problem ? and How do I correct the problem to prevent this from
displaying?
 
Problem was resolved, it was my desktop.ini file in my all users account. I
just had to delete it. Thank you anyway.
