WHAT IS winaii.exe ?????

This process is running on my system. It can't be stopped and I have no idea what it is.
Win2000 SP2

I don't know how to clean out my system but I stopped winaii.exe.

Search in the registry
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices.
Delete the entry Video Proes.

Search in the registry
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\efmupzy and
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Video Proes.
Change the value Start with 4 for Disable.

Reboot.
