This is what I like to call an incomplete question.

There is no definition of 'chat room' given. Not only do we not know the
specific media/location/venue of which the OP speaks - but we do not even
know if they are using the correct terminology in the first place.

In other words - if you wish an answer - you must have details in your
question - not to mention, the question should match the forum into which
you are posting... Windows XP Help & Support (misinterpretted or not) is
doubtful to be the correct forum for such a query.
