Uninstall it, it is still in Beta stage!
If you want to Remove IE8 from your machine try this:
Click Start >> Control panel>> Add/Remove programs>> make sure the the check
box for :
[ √ ] Show Updates on the top corner is checked and then scroll down to IE8
and remove it.

Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 is not yet fully compatible with all versions of
Assistive Technology applications, including Job Access With Speech (JAWS),
Window-Eyes, and ZoomText. Menu and Web content reading may not function
correctly. JAWS 9.0.2169 is the first version of JAWS that is compatible with
Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2.
To enable Assistive Technology programs to perform correctly before updates
are available, follow these steps when you install Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2.
Warning This workaround may make a computer or a network more vulnerable to
attack by malicious users or by malicious software such as viruses. We do not
recommend this workaround but are providing this information so that you can
implement this workaround at your own discretion. Use this workaround at your
own risk.
1. If you are running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, disable
protected mode. To do this, follow these steps:
a. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
b. On the Security tab, click to clear the Enable Protected Mode option for
the following zones:
