Cannot see some Java pages

How can I fix this problem? I cannot see this page [it's supossed to have a
Java Applet] http://www.quepasa.com/chat/chat.html?ifguest=true&language=en
and the page appears blank. I was able to see it some time ago.

Also I cannot see the help menu in Quickbook [which is Java also, I think]
and when I open it a message shows up saying the the security levels in
Internet Explorer are too high. I check the levels and they are set to
Medium, then I change all the settings to Allow everything, even the Java
permissions and the ActiveX and it still doesn't work.

What else can I do?
Thanks in advance.
