I have a large number of Personal Folders in Outlook 2003. I need to have
them all visible at the same time and this makes it difficult for me when
looking for any one particular folder in the list. I would love to be able
to assign different colors (or even icons) to some of them. Is it possible
to do that?
At the moment I mark one email as unread in each alternate folder. By doing
that, the folder (that is the folder with "unread" emails inside) title
becomes "Bold" text. That way every second folder has it's title in Bold
text. That helps but colors would be far easier for my poor eyesight.
