Welcome Screen

When I restart my computer I used to have my welcome screen appear. I had to
click my picture in order to get to the windows screen. This changed on it's
own. Now when I restart the word "welcome" comes up with the blue welcome
screen (no picture) and at that it only lasts a few seconds and then it
blinks into windows. I checked my settings and they're still set correctly
and the "select user and password" is still checked.

Also, should I have three users on this computer, only one of which is me? I
have

Administrator
ASPNET
ME/Administrator

I should only have one, me, where did these others come from?

Hi,
Administrator

System default account. Do not delete it, but rather use as a failsafe if
your profile becomes corrupt.

The result of installing the .net framework. You can delete this account
safely should you wish to.
ME/Administrator

This would be you!

Start/run "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes).

Enable (check) the box requiring a username and password, click apply/ok to
force a passworded logon.
