I have a customer who is using Outlook Web Access to access her email but
each time she tries to open an attachment it is taking her back to the OWA
logon page.

Any ideas what causes this?

Ask in microsoft.public.exchange.clients because OWA is a function of
Exchange and is unrelated to Outlook.
