I have an end user with an installation of Outlook 2003 on an XP machine.
When she tries to open outlook it litterally takes several minutes to load
and when she tries to open an email, with or without an attachment, it also
takes several minutes to open. There is no third party software loaded that
would interfere. I've witnessed this behavior on her machine so it's not due
to user impatience.
I have tried to open Outlook in Safe Mode and run a Detect and Repare but
that did not resolve the issue. She is also very diligent in keeping her
mailbox size small.
Any ideas about something else I can try? Thanks.
