Ok i moved to china with my XP home laptop
1st problem: seems to have to eventss of non-responding programs, when they
occur
2nd Problem - windows MSN and the program QQ Do not correctly connect with
my 2 webcams bought in china, they will occupy the driver or device and
choose it correctly but when it comes to actually seeing the image in a chat
window - thats a big no go.
The cams only work with yahoo messenger!>? why? (which is not the preferable
messenger) I think it may be to do with the finding and location of
unrecognisable chinese driver name!?

Can I manually fix this or do i need to reinstal better op sys or add lang
support?

Have you attempted to configure Windows Messenger to the Webcam?

Click on Tools then Audio Tuning Wizard and follow the steps. Usually one
would only use one camera at a time, so remove the second unit when
attempting this process as it may assist you to get a result.

As for Chinese vs English, one would find that there isn't a discrimination
of langauges when one reduces file names to binary.
