How could I change Home Premium with Simplify Chinese language pac

Hi,

I'm running Vista Home Premium with English and Tranditional Chinese
language pack. But it doesn't display simplify chinese charactrs on QQ( which
is a chat program like MSN).

I really want to switch the Tranditional Chinese to Simplify Chinese on my
system. How could I update to Vista Home Premium with Simplify Chinese please?

you need Vista Ultimate, only this allows more than one MUI / able to switch
the overall used languages.
beware that when you install SP1 on Ultimate you can not install languages
anymore until "wave1" of the SP arrives.

You have to buy an "anytime upgrade kit" from Premium to Ultimate.
