Warning message while shutting down

After I have clicked on the shutdown icon a warnign message pops up. It is
only on the screen for a second or less while the computer shuts down. It
says:

passrv.exe- Application error

The instruction at 0x0032c12f referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memroy
could not be read.

Click ok to terminate
Click cancel to debug

I was only able to get this by taking a photo of the screen. Any ideas on
how to remove it. I would guess click cancel but if you can do that the
computer shuts down soon after.

Do you have panda protection software installed? If so this file is
associated with the anti-spam server service. One option is to
uninstall/reinstall or contact panda tech support. Another option is
just ignore it if it isn't causing any other problems.
