Wait for ccApp at shutdown

When I shutdown Windows XP Home I now see a pop-up box waiting for 'ccApp'
to terminate before the machine can shutdown.
The machine does shutdown after a brief wait, so this is a nag more than
anything else.
Any clues to the cause, or a fix, would be most appreciated!
