w2k sp4 unstall success!

After three failed attempts at sp4 and one failed attempt
at sp3, I've finally been able to install sp4! See MS
Article 813747. Even though this error and resolution are
related to sp3, after I installed a fresh version of
Windows Installer I thought I might as well try sp4 again
and it worked. Good Luck!!

As well, if you look in the setupapi.log and svcpack.log on the machine with
errors you should see problems with MSIINST. That would tell you whether or
not the installer was broken on the target machine.
