W2k SP4 install fails due to open file

Hi

SP4 installation fails and an eror message says that
netstat.exe either is in use or is open. I have tried to
stop all services that are possible to stop before
installation, no programs are running but still it fails.
Which programs can be holding/using this file. How can I
stop this. Task manager has no information about the file.

I solved it. netstat.exe had lost rights. Applied the same
rights to this file as netstat.exe had on anoteher server.
Applied SP4 without any errors
