W2K Server

My one domain controller boots up till it gets to the stage "preparing
network connections" and refuses to go any further.
The server runs W2K Server SP4, and it is configured as RAID 5.
I've tried the following to get this server up.

1) Tried booting in "Safe Mode", when I logon it tells me the "netlogon" is
not running.
2) I've tried the disks and RAID controller in another server exactly the
same, but I get the same, I was hoping it was nic card problem, but not to be.
3) Tried the last boot configuration option, no luck.

I really need to get into this server, can anyone help.

I am having the same problem. Did you get a resolution?

No unfortunately not, I ended up losing all my data, could not save anything.
This is not the first time I've been let down by RAID 5 SCSI disks.
