Logon script for workgroup

S

Saravanan

hi,
if I have a w2k dc, i know the location for the logon
script i.e netlogon\ etc. But if I have a stand alone w2k
server or Pro in a workgroup mode, where should the logon
script reside??

If the server is a member server, will it try to search
the logon script from the DC when I configure logon
scripts for the local users??

For member servers, stand alone servers or workstations, there is no logon script. Logon scripts only exist in a domain
environment.

Thank you,
