I had the same problem.
You have to call Microsoft and they will direct you to a page where you can
download the fix for this. It is a bug but doesn't seem to affect everyone.
Once I installed the patch, everything worked fine.
They shouldn't charge you anything for this fix either since they did not
end up charging me.
