VPN options Greyed Out

The promt for name and password and the include windows
logon domain are greyed out in the options of the VPN
connection. How do i make them selectable again?

Right click on the connectoid
Properties
Goto Options
Check the follwoing boxes

"Prompt for username/password/ceritificate"
"Include windows logon domain"

How did you create the connectoid ? Was it through the usual UI or through
some automated program ?
Was there any error message during the connectoid creation ?

Is the rasman service running on your machine ? (net start rasman)
