VPN help

I'm not sure this is the right place to post this but seeing as how this is
"remote" access question perhpas someone can help me.

I am trying to set up VPN on my XP Pro machine to connect to corporate.
Administrators have given permissions. However, when I go to the add new
connection wizard / Connect to the Netowrk at my workplace : the next screen
has all options for VPN greyed out? Does anyone know what or where the
settings are for get VPN back?
