VPN Greyed Out

In Start=>Control Panel=>Network Connections=>Network Setup Wizard=>New
Connection Wizard=>Next=>Connect to the network at my workplace/Next, both
options are greyed out. I would like to setup a PPTP VPN but get stuck here.
Any ideas?

You may need to modify the register. This search result may help.
