VPN between 2 speedtouch ADSL modems

I want to setup a VPN (Win XP) between 2 speedtouch modems. Both modems als
work as router.
Both modems forward port 1723 (TCP) and port 1 (protocol 47)
VPN connection is etstablished but I cannot browse to computernames.
I think it has to do because both modems are in the 10.0.0.x range.
How can I solve this problem? I'm a newbie so don't be to difficult please!
