Hey all,

Can any one tell me where I can find this missing file SndVol32.exe, it's
for my volume control for my microphone.

Is it a Windows XP File or My Sound Card File "Realtek"

First I open Sound and Audio Devices Properties, then click on the Volume
Tab, then click on the Volume Button, at that piont I receive this error
message.

Windows cannot excute SndVol32.exe, use Add/Remove Program control panel to
install.

Install what? From windows, from Realtek. And how?

Thanks so much,

Try this:
1. Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs >Click Add/Remove Windows
component (left pane).
2. On the small window that appears, make sure that "Accessories and
utilities" box is checked.
3. Click "Next" and follow any instructions.
4. Don't be alarmed if the computer freezes after wizard's completes. If it
does freeze use the power button to restart.
5. After restart, go to Start > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices >
Volume, click place volume icon in the task bar.

Or
Open your Windows XP CD.
Look in the i386 folder.
There's a file named SNDVOL32.EX_
Open and extract sndvol32.exe to C:\WINDOWS\system32
