It Hits Both Windows Update And Microsoft Download Center On This Tuesday,
March 18th, 2008, But I Gotta Warn You, If You Upgrade To It When Your
Computer Is In An Unstable State, Your Computer Will Probably Slow Down Even
Worse, Just FYI. It Is Very Slow On One Of My 2 Computer's (I Got My Copies
From MSDN And Microsoft Technet), Just FYI.

I don't mind if it downloads, but installing without my say-so, I would
rather wait say a week before doing that. Just in case, as I have learned
prudence over the years in being the first to patch up.

So how can update be best setup to download buy no apply the updates?
