Vista Printing Problem

I recently bought HP9500 with vista and office 2007 installed. I loaded Dell
a940 printer drivers and everything works except I cannot print multy page
documents. I have to call up each individual page and print it. Dell support
could not find the problem and sent me a 946 replacement but it did the same
thing so I sent it back. Any suggestions?????
