vista help and support

anyone have an idea why whenever i try to access help it opens two windows
one is a download window and the next is an error saying it cannot download
form /help. my first thought was a virus but that would mean that microsoft
sent me the virus ..lol ( anyways i know its not a virus) . any ideas??

It re-associates the .xml file type to its default settings. A recent
installation of a program may have "stolen" the .xml association.

Do you have DreamWeaver installed, by chance? It sets an incorrect value data for XML\Content Type.

Vista help system stops working when Dreamweaver is the default XML editor:
