My Vista Help and Support is not working. That figures, lol. Anyway, I get a
message such as this:

"Internet Explorer cannot download / from help. Internet Explorer was not
able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or
cannot be found. Please try again later."

This is from clicking Start > Help and Support.
A dialog box pops up as it were going to download a file called "/ from
help" and then the error message pops up.
Any ideas?

Ok, I actually found the fix to this problem if anyone else experiences it.
I did a google search on it and it brought me here:
http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1212984&SiteID=1, it
is a patch. Apparently, when the default application for .xml files is
replaced with another, this will happen. For example, IE7 is the default
program to handle .xml files, but if you install Dreamweavr it will become
the default handler of .xml files and it will mess up your Help and Support
page.
