Cannot access Help

If i click on the Help and Support button in the Start menu, I get the
following:

"Internet Explorer cannot download / from help.

Internet Explorer was not able to open this site. The requested site is
either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again."


Anyone seen this before or know what I need to do to fix it?

Running Vista Business. No Service Packs (Due to compatiblity issues with
Adesk Inventor).

Found the fix. (DOH! always search before you ask a question!)
