Help and Support cannot connect

Hi
I have Vista Business edition. When trying to access Help & Support (blue
question mark in office 2007 programs), I get an error message "Internet
Explorer (7) cannot d/l from the site. IE was not able to open this internet
site. Requested site unavailable or cannot be found"

vista or office 2007 problem?? have another machine with same setup and all
is ok.

suggestions??

Are you trying to access help and support from home or from a corporate
network?
