Access to Windows Vista Help Corrupted...Please help

When i push F1 or go to 'Help and Support' from the start menu I get this
error -

Windows Internet Explorer
Internet explorer cannot download / from help.

Internet explorer was not able to open this internet site. The reqeusted
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.


Any help on how to restore the Help and Support option?
ie...(registry...help link...macro????)
This was a Vista Ultimate - Clean - install from scratch. Thanks.

Do you have a active internet connection? This message appears if there is
no active connection. The help system needs to be connected to the internet
now in vista.
