Yes. Make sure to install Service Pack 3 for Office XP
immediately after installing. It is available from the Windows
Update web site.

Yes, it runs well and will prevent your banging your head on the nearest
wall with the interface and file format changes in the latest release.

The only problem with Office XP and Vista is that Outlook 2002 won't remember
your email account passwords.
Each time you open outlook , you have to re-enter password to get mail.
