virusscan cannot delete file in Temporary Internet Files

Virusscan cannot delete this file: Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
\5CVZ3GKL\media[1].html\00000e5c.js

It says it has no access and to check access rights. The
account is a computer administrator type account.

What should I do; I'm not well versed in access rights.
