Please be more detailed in your problem report.

Did you receive thru Microsoft update email or website? Did you
actually apply the recommended update?

What product displayed a virus detection alert? Please describe the
contents of the alert.

Please describe the Sharing Violation in more detail. What is the
exact text of the message?

Which of the mentioned alerts were email, and which were generated by
your computer?
