I know you can go to File>Open>Other peoples folders and select a person's
Mail folder but how do I set it so that their Inbox shows under my Inbox in
the folder list.

I am using 2003. Thanks!

You can't.

After furious head scratching, Vicky asked:

Milly,
I saw it done at a client. Perhaps I didnt explain it well enough, I would
like to be able to see the other persons Mailbox listed in the folder list.
The way it is now, I have to switch back and forth from seeing their mail and
my mail. I would like to have a folder on the folder list for their folder,
as well as mine.
Thanks!

- Tools - E-Mail Accounts... - Select "View or change existing...." and Next
- Select your Exchange account and click "Change..."
- "More Settings..." and choos the tab "Advanced"
- Click Add and search the mailbox you like to add.

Sorry - your request sounded like you wanted the other accounts folders in your default folder tree - your explanation clears things up.

Add the mailbox to your profile using the Advanced tab of the account settings. Tools->options->mail setup->email accounts->view or change->highlight the Exchange account if you have more than one account in the profile->change->advanced tab. Add the additional mailbox here.

When you open your email, you will see both mailboxes available in the folder tree, each with its own top level folder identifying it.
