Viewing other others' folders

I have full access to the whole of my colleague's Outlook - Inbox, Calendar,
TAsks etc., however, I am experiencing a few problems.

When I view their Inbox, I can still see my personal folders etc. in the
list on the left hand side, rather than my colleagues, so when I click into
one of the personal folders, it shows me my own e-mail and closes their
Inbox? I need to view their Inbox, together with their personal folders,
Calendar etc.

Also, when I go into their Inbox and send an e-mail, the e-mail reaches the
recipient, however, it says it is from me, and not from my colleague, or even
from me n behalf of my colleague?

How do I view all their folders etc??

Thank you.

Louise

1. Add their mailbox to your profile as a secondary mailbox then it will be
in the folder list with your folders.

2. You'll need to ask the admin to give you send as permissions.

Hello Diane

I have added the other user to my Profile, however, when I view their Inbox,
it still shows my folders on the left. Where am I going wrong??

Thanks.

Use the folder list view - Ctrl+6 - you should see both your folders and
theirs.

theirs??
